BOARD & TRAIN
Our Board and Train program is designed to give your dog a solid foundation in essential skills while staying in a structured and supportive environment.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Looking for personalized training? Private sessions are a great way to work one-on-one with your dog in a familiar environment, focusing on specific goals at your own pace.
✅ Tailored to You: Whether it’s basic obedience, behavior modification, leash manners, or advanced skills, we customize each session to meet your needs.
🏡 Flexible Locations: Sessions can take place at your home, a park, or another suitable location to help your dog learn in real-world situations.

PUPPY TRAINING
Start your puppy off on the right paw! Our puppy training program focuses on building a strong foundation for good behavior, confidence, and social skills.
🐶 Early Learning: We cover essential skills like potty training, crate training, leash walking, and preventing unwanted behaviors like excessive barking and nipping.
🎯 Obedience & Manners: Your puppy will learn basic commands such as sit, stay, come, and polite play with people and other dogs.
🏡 Real-World Training: We work in familiar environments to help your puppy adjust to everyday situations, making training fun and effective!

About Our Board & Train Program
What makes our program unique is that it takes place in my home in Astoria, Queens, in a real family environment. Your dog stays with me for the duration of the program, sharing the house with my wife, my 4-year-old daughter, and our two cats.
Our training activities take place 90% outdoors, where real-life situations happen. Most of the training occurs at Astoria Park, in an open setting with natural distractions, ensuring your dog gains real-world experience and can perform the same way at home.
Your pup will also be exposed to the city surroundings—basketball and tennis courts, schools, subway stations, and the sounds of police sirens and fire trucks. It's a complete city training program designed to help your dog adapt to real-life scenarios.
During the program, your dog will learn all the basic commands and anything else you’d like to work on or need help with. Below is a list of what we will focus on:

Off-leash training: If desired, we can also work on off-leash development (which happens to be one of my favorite activities!).

Personalized training: We tailor the program to your specific needs and goals. Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to focus on.
We work with all kinds of cases, from potty training to aggression issues (for severe aggression cases, an initial consultation is required before beginning the training).
We limit the number of dogs in training to a maximum of 4 at a time, ensuring each dog gets the special attention they need.
Every day, we’ll send you updates with photos and videos to show your dog’s progress. We use WhatsApp to create a group where you (and anyone else you choose) can follow along with daily training updates.
The Board & Train program lasts 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, we’ll have a session at my home to show you the progress, what we’ve improved, and what still needs work. At the end of the third and final week, we’ll have another session before your dog goes home.
Then, one week after your dog returns home, we’ll have a follow-up session to assist with the transition and answer any questions.
These handover sessions are crucial—they show you everything your dog has learned and teach you how to maintain the training. Reinforcement at home is key!
The learning doesn’t stop when the program ends. At home, your dog will need to follow the same guidelines, so consistency on your part is essential to ensure lasting results.
Private Training Sessions
Our one-on-one sessions can take place at your home or a park of your choice. The main difference between private sessions and Board & Train is that in the sessions, I will teach you how to train your dog. I will demonstrate the techniques, and then you will practice them under my guidance.
Each session typically lasts one hour, but it can extend depending on the situation. If extra time is needed, the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Sessions function as a consultation, and we can address any behavioral issues during them.
I offer 5-hour and 10-hour training packages, which can be used for any situation. We can also create a customized training plan tailored to your needs.
Ongoing Support & Boarding Services
Whether you choose Board & Train or private sessions, you will have my personal assistance and an open line of communication for any future questions or concerns. Our relationship doesn’t end when the program is over! I am always available via WhatsApp for messages or even calls if needed.
I also offer boarding services for when you need to travel or leave your dog in a safe and structured environment. Your dog will have a daily routine similar to Board & Train, including park visits and exercise walks throughout the day.
